Changes:
- moving a tab around now works
- no more stuck processes/crashes problems (almost)
- the preferences appeared (not working though)

This version is the first that can be used for some serious browsing (in fact this upload of Chrome is the first done using Chrome!). Some annoying process crashes when closing tabs.
